各位大大我想請問一下關於台灣選手打上美國職棒的基本水準球速要在多少以上還有變化球.....犀利度之類的我今年國三畢業生左投左打球速在100~108之間我想我這樣算慢吧!我會直球、變速、滑球,還需要神麼球種嗎?順便問一下,要怎麼訓練達到有效的效果增加球速、犀利度.....等等希望各位大大幫��
