我想問一些有在打籃球跟做重量訓練的大大目前高一身高165體重52算是瘦的我想問大大沒做重量訓練之前跟做完後拿籃球是否有感覺變輕跳投是否感覺更好跳如果我舉亞鈴3公斤(單手)那一天要舉幾下一ㄍ月後才會決ㄉ籃球變輕很多
