聽說排卵期和月經來的時候,不能做腹部的運動,例如,仰臥起坐和搖呼拉圈,因為怕會造成卵巢黃體囊腫破裂,甚至可能致命.但是我又想減肥,尤其是肚子的地方,請問各位我應該做什麼樣的運動呢?
