早上運動完可以馬上吃早餐嗎?專業的來 - 運動

如題,有人說要半小時或一小時才能吃早餐不然會增加吸收會變胖。也有人說,要馬上吃,不然運動完消耗太多熱量急需補充食物的時候卻沒有補充反而身體會增加脂肪。我覺得兩個都有倒理。到底那種說法才是對的呢?
