早餐是吃麵包還是吃粥配菜比較好呢?午餐又要吃甚麼比較好?我是學生,所以只能買學校附近的而晚餐我都只吃燙青菜晚上也會跳30分鐘的瑜珈請專業的或減肥成功過的幫忙我一下因為我現在一直停滯在51公斤,想瘦到45不管怎麼努力都瘦不下來請救救我~我不要吃藥,謝絕廣告!!!
