大家好小弟我體重有過重的趨勢想要從控制飲食跟多運動開始減肥也有到處去查過資料得知三餐要正常,多運動可以增加代謝我平時也都有吃三餐的習慣只是都吃的很多,所以想要改變但是關於早餐的部份查道的資訊很2級化過去大概2005年左右的資料是顯示說要吃全穀類熱量控制在500左又但是卻有2010年�
