拿昨天的狀況來講。昨天早上是9點起床。到了12點還是沒有睡意。躺在床上,自己想把腦袋放空。足足到了快3點,我才睡著。感覺 越是去想【現在是要睡覺】 越是睡不著昨天翻來翻去的,睡覺姿勢也是一下左 一下右 一下正面。那種感覺真的很不好。睡又睡不著。有上學的時候 都是5、6點起床�
