晚上運動..晚餐怎麼處理 - 運動

如果6點下班先運動約7點半結束後晚餐要怎麼吃才不會胖呢?不吃又會餓..天氣愈來愈冷,吃些冷食或只喝熱牛奶好沒飽足感喔另外如果回到家吃完飯7點半左右幾點可以開始運動才不會胃痛呢?肩頸後上背看起來比較厚,怎樣的運動可以改善?
