最近缺少運動,體重有點上升,所以想要運動一下。今天早上去晨跑,第一天跑,還可以跑三公里。明天開始應該就會很累了。想請問一下專家,正確來說,是先吃早餐再晨跑還是跑完再晨跑?還有,關於伏地挺身的呼吸方式,一下去吸氣,還是呼氣?請專家幫幫忙。感謝感謝。
