最近都在健身不過有些飲食方面問題求解!!!最近'長期都在健身我以早上4-5顆茶葉蛋+一杯低指牛奶而午餐是隨便吃下午健身完巧克力口味高蛋白500cc一杯晚餐5-6顆茶葉蛋回家自主訓練+巧克力口味高蛋白500cc一杯請問這樣我攝取的蛋白會不會太高!?會不會有甚麼負擔!?還是其實是ok的!?
