我身高149~體重目前41.5~~~~~因為我大腿很有肉~~~沒辦法像一些瘦子腿很骨感~~加上下個月要出國穿比基尼~~怕大腿看起來很粗平常上班是中午12點~晚上11點一天都只吃兩餐~~加上最近10天前都在睡前跳舞+瑜珈一個小時~~~排了很多汗但體重一直沒有減少~~有什麼辦法可以一個月瘦到38KG??是改變飲食嗎??我不吃任
