我本身是下半身肌肉型肥胖上半身跟下半身比例非常不成型胸下圍32但是臀圍卻是42之前是在跳有氧舞蹈課程差不多結束想要重新挑課程請問如果我想要削減腿上肌肉而且瘦腿有氧、飛輪、踏板、瑜珈~我該選哪個啊啊阿阿~希望有經驗的人給一些意見能否請回答時順便PS一下本身是不是也是肌肉型呢?...Sh
