我從10/3開始去上有氧瑜珈課程10月份每天(1-5)都會上一堂一小時但是有朋友跟我說運動一星期只要三次就好超過不好要讓身體休息??想請教大家是降嗎由於看了版上有人說瑜珈不建議一星期上太多就減肥而言有氧會較快想請大家幫我看一下我現在的上課狀況有需要修正的嗎??由於自己覺得瑜珈上完上有氧~
