之前靠節食體重減至42公斤.最近開始希望靠運動來維持體重又能多吃一點目前都做有氧運動(腳踏車).因為怕練出小腿肌但爬文後又發現有氧運動除了消耗脂肪外也會消耗肌肉.故須配合無氧運動訓練肌肉.並且說要補充蛋白質讓肌肉長回來<--這樣不就又把熱量補回來了嗎?那麼我該怎麼調配有氧運動跟無�
