我每個禮拜有在固定作有氧運動(時間一小時,消耗卡路里為660左右)~也成功瘦了10幾公斤~當然離目標還有10公斤左右,我想知道的知識是如何提高有氧運動的效率,例如運動前要喝什麼(目前我只知道老虎牙子號稱能增加帶氧率),總之,我想要在同樣的一小時內將卡路里的消耗數字達到更高(多個1~2成或更高),請�
