我想問的是阿之前在yahoo看到好像是要先做有氧過一個小時之後脂肪開始燃燒再做重量他說瘦肉多一點好像可以提高新陳代謝可以告訴我多一點嗎還有我哪裡有說錯?可以提供我一些基本的有氧動作(希望清楚一點)如果可以的話幫我找到yahoo那偏文章裡面有給5個有氧的動作,我記得好像是再奇摩時尚裡還有�
