最近過年吃太多~~我原本175公分65公斤現在175公分75公斤TOT我想減到60公斤因為穿衣服想穿出韓風型男的感覺~但是大腿小腿都很粗~~反正全身上下都是贅肉@@現在想徹底除掉全身上下的贅肉~~請問~~~我該用甚麼方法才能徹底減肥!!!((是跑步嗎?因為我朋友說可以全身運動道))運動時間呢
