小弟本身有點脊椎側彎,不曉得可不可以從事重量訓練的運動?!單純的槓鈴臥推錏鈴等各部位的訓練,也不是說要練的像健美先生一樣.就單純的讓身材更結實而以!!希望有在從事健身活動的前輩們指點迷津,謝謝!!!
