今天我騎自行車騎了50公里的時候(大約三個小時...)途中感到非常無力喝水感覺還是非常無力後來喝一瓶熱量111卡的紅茶感到精神明顯變好甚許心理作用嗎?應該不會吧....還是運動一定需要一些熱量!?不然會沒有活力!?也就是人不補充點糖分是不行的?
