我目前18歲~本身有再做重量訓練~也用練啦啦隊順便操腹肌~可是每次拉筋就是很難過(呼吸難過~在+上運動完沒做收操的習慣~痛到快死)~做重訓像是阿諾推舉~就覺得背的壓力很大~後來練啦啦隊在拉筋的時候~學長說我駝背很明顯~我平時就有挺胸的習慣~可是我躺在平面的地板~我的背可以碰到地板可是腰碰��
