聽說做瑜珈對身心健康的好處很多加上自己的身體越來越差筋骨痠痛容易腰痠背痛睡眠品質差永遠睡不飽容易疲累容易駝背骨頭超硬骨盆膝蓋容易痠痛容易緊張這樣的我應該很適合學瑜珈想藉由瑜珈來調養身體如題請問大家另外請問做瑜珈需要另外買所謂的瑜珈服和瑜珈墊嗎?亦或穿著普通衣服即可?學��
