體育課要我們測體適能要跑步800公尺...立定跳遠...還有我也不知道是啥=ˇ=不過我知道要坐在地上腳伸直.手身直身體往前彎.看你的筋多軟~~可是我本身很高(腳很長)而且筋超硬的~硬到連站直身體往下彎都碰不地ㄟ!!該怎麼~可別叫我吃藥啦做瑜珈啦!!順便問一下要怎樣才能立定跳遠跳的很遠!!雖然很高卻跳�
