事情是這樣的在下我是格鬥菜鳥最近學散打課一周上一堂想利用其他沒上課時間來在家進行重量或有氧核心訓練一周四天一天約30-60分鐘希望一些武術格鬥教練或者是健身教練給我份訓練菜單力量.速度.爆發力為主其次為體力肌耐力如果我的需求不合乎訓練成效請給我一些建議謝謝
