我每天伏地挺身仰臥起坐各100下,另外加上每組12下的吊單槓3組我聽別人說肌肉不能每天練?要做1休1還做2休1還做3休1?哪個才是最正確的?還是照我這樣每天做沒關係?因為我想在3月以前練出比現在明顯大很多的肌肉(胸肌跟腹肌)有可能嗎?我上述的那些運動已經做1個禮拜了,而且是每天...可我又想起以前有��
