氣喘會經由跑步改善嗎 - 運動

我可能有輕微氣喘(之前看醫生,醫生說的自己長期有運動的習慣想請問慢跑有幫助改善氣喘嗎??之前想藉由慢跑來改善自己體能所以開始養成慢跑的習慣從以前1.2公里~~~到現在1x公里感覺體力有變好但打起籃球又十分容易喘感覺吸不過氣這是氣喘的關係嗎???
