小弟是學生覺得自己有點胖因為要學測了沒有太多時間可以出去運動一天15分鐘左右請教各位大大一些簡單運動EX:仰臥起坐N次......等想要把肚子油肉跟粗大腿消瘦希望可以練一些線條感恩
