我正在減肥早午晚餐吃的熱量都蠻低的油炸.澱粉類.醣類我都不吃然後我每天都有喝2500CC的水我這樣持續1個禮拜我現在瘦了1公斤但是我想更快速減肥大概是希望我1個禮拜能瘦個2-3公斤有人說減肥一定要運動才會瘦得快但是我每天早上和下午都在上課然後晚上要補習大概9點-10點才會回到家每天洗完澡東�
