我身高168...体重72...的男生,外表看起來像輕度肥胖那樣~~我是一個早上要上班,晚上要上課的人~~早上7點半要出門~晚上10點多會回到家~~有人可以給我一些比較好的方法來減肥跟健身嗎~~有什麼比較適合我的食普呢?目前一天服力挺身跟仰握起座各一百下左右~~還有什麼方法嗎??我不要那些有的沒的廣告東
