我是女生,身高170體重57我想要減肥跟練線條,所以上健身房但是我不知道要先練有養還是先重訓????我下半身幾乎都是脂肪沒有肌肉,肉也軟軟的所以下半身看起來就是非常的胖,大小腿都很粗.....請問要怎麼練才能把脂肪消除??我知道333法則,但我想知道器材使用上的順序!!!!請你們幫幫我><我想變
