請問各位大大~~小弟我正在實行減肥計畫~~之前曾經看過有人說過~運動完後兩小時才能補充水分~這樣身體才會拿出脂肪來消耗~也才減的快!!(這是真的嗎?)小弟我想的是~~依減肥為前提~~我到底要再運動前後幾小時或幾分補充水分~對我而言才會比較好!?希望了解的大大們幫小弟我解答~(如果能答出有根據的�
