小弟我186CM119KG我現在一個禮拜會有4-5天打球+重量訓練我早餐跟中餐也吃的不多晚餐也是有時候甚至沒吃我三個禮拜前是125公斤現在已經瘦了六公斤體態已經感覺有比之前好些了但是體重似乎停滯住了...請問我的方法有錯誤嗎??或者是哪裡需要改進??請各位大大指教(拜託...真的懂得人再來回答感謝...)...Sh
