我想請問各位有在健身的大大們有關於一些練肌肉的問題就是今天我拉單槓10下好了,隔天手會痠痛,然後改做伏地挺身這樣有關係嗎?因為單槓跟伏地挺身所用到的肌肉應該不同吧?還是說就是讓手臂休息不痠痛了再繼續練?還有就是當兵爬的那根直立的竿子我可以只用手不夾腳上去,10趟左右沒問題但是
