我過去一直都採用bentoverDBrow之類的方式訓練背肌,年輕時(1999年之前)就算很重也沒問題(前後練了七年)。後來開始朝九晚五的班之後,有將近四年沒練。重新走入健身房,雖然有頭開始,卻變成幾乎每練一次背肌,就必須去中醫推拿,推拿師說我的脊髓某一段跑掉了。(Squart更不敢做)請教前輩��
