我想減肥我知道一定要運動但是我是國中生課業比較繁忙哪有時間給我用來運動可是我每天都會抬腿30分鐘做仰臥起坐120下按摩10分鐘三餐都吃不過都適量但...知識+又有些人說我這樣是瘦局部的可是幾乎一堆人又說胎腿.做仰臥起坐有效所以我該˙˙?而且我可以運動的時間真的不多哦!我希望我一個月可以�
