之前一道靈光打在頭頂忽然想減重從之前110左右減到現在90(大概3-4個月)最近想要練練身體贅肉讓它別軟趴趴的本來想買啞鈴來用但又看到那個搖擺鈴的想買來在運動完之後用看看我減肥方法很簡單就每天晚上跑步(9點左右)最近加到26圈了(200M第7跑道)大概跑42-43分也沒有特別去選吃的東西就晚上不吃宵夜�
