小弟身高172體重目前75最近正在實施減重計畫每天路跑3000~5000不等的距離加上三餐只吃菜不吃飯的方式不吃宵夜平均一星期減1點多公斤到現在為止已經減了3公斤左右沒有不適的感覺精神也都很好不過因為小弟原先有在做重訓不知道現在這樣減重會不會也把肌肉減掉或者是說小弟要怎們減重才能達到長肌
