大家都知道運動完後吸收會變很快..目前我個人大概總結了一下兩種說法第一種是專業健身教練或訓練員之類的人的說法..大致是說運動後15-30分內需要補充適量的碳水化合物跟蛋白質..不然飢餓感會向身體發出警訊,若沒有適當的營養補充,會導致新陳代謝變慢,使平常消耗的熱量變少.而如果補充東西.才能
