我前2個禮拜突然開始做仰臥起坐我用的是健身器材那種板子一開始就做30下果然隔天肚子就痛了之前好幾次我都休息幾天在開始做肚子就不會痛了肚子痛我休息了1個禮拜我才開始做這下就怪了做一下痛一下做到後面越痛後面幾下都是硬撐的爾且我才做20下之前都能做70下做完起來之後肚子完全不會痛但��
