平常是多夢不易熟睡的人,大家都說練瑜珈對於睡眠有幫助,我從上週到本週上了約7堂課,大概是隔一天就去上一次課,但是我反而精神變好,晚上仍是翻來翻去不好入睡,通常都是pm7:30~9:00去上瑜珈課,老師說我是血不夠,自己是低血壓,但不知道是否正確的問題為何,請幫我解答。謝謝。
