為何我只要動作大點或姿勢不正確,就很會抽筋,且要持續一下,常聽人說腳會抽筋,但我不是腳,是不常抽筋的地方,如:屁股(練瑜珈時,之前還有暖身喔),下巴頸部地方(打個哈欠),或是手臂.背部只要動作大點就會抽筋,誰能回答我的困擾。謝謝!!感激不盡。另外:如果是看醫生是要掛號
