我腰有受過傷,所以太過激烈的運動都無法作,醫師要我作些緩和的運動,例如游泳、瑜珈,但冷成這樣我真的沒有勇氣,所以我想練瑜珈,但是這麼多種類,不知道哪種適合自己,可以請有類似經驗的朋友幫我回答嗎
