1.請問瑜珈健身可以同時進行嗎2.我很瘦,沒有什麼肉,但是有腹肌,很想要練出胸肌跟手臂的肌肉,請問要如何才可以有效率的練出來3.我也很想要把筋練軟,因為我的筋很硬,練瑜珈有效嗎4.光看書就可以煉以上兩項嗎(本人懶的出門去找老師)
