我想生理期來腰痠這是許多女孩的夢魘(。_。)網路上有滿多減輕腰痠的方式像是穴位按摩、瑜珈運動舒緩等等可是像我坐辦公室的人來說每天彎腰打電腦再加上生理期來腰痠的程度簡直就是超難過的我曾經也使用過中醫調理,但是效果實在有限還有沒有什麼可以立即見效的方式啊?想想生理期時間好像�
