有在運動後去納希思體雕館做體雕按摩放鬆肌肉的嗎? - 運動

自從開始跑步之後覺的腿越來越壯了大家都說因為我沒有按摩但其實五回家都有按摩可以效果不好腿還是變粗在想是不是應該要去找專門在做按摩的地方按摩看看之前有看到說納希思體雕館的按摩可以排除掉運動後的乳酸堆積問題有人去做過嗎
