生完兩個月我一直都很積極的減肥,不吃澱粉類的食物跟零食,主餐也都以薏仁代替,外加上班帶小孩作家事,然後簡單的床上運動,跟假日游泳瑜珈.但是無論怎樣努力,體重都掉的很慢,肚子上的肥肉也都鬆鬆垮垮從未變小,請問大家都怎麼加強肚子這一塊難瘦的地方呢?另外我的肚子很黑,要怎麼讓他不要那麼��
