我還蠻愛吃的,二五歲,女生,體脂有25%,加上有運動,看起來算是蠻壯的(175輕有66~最重時候有70,平均約68)。想瘦到約60公斤,我的減肥方式就是少吃多運動,運動前後都有暖身收操,目前實施兩個星期了,雖然體重還沒真的下降,但是身體感覺是有比較瘦了。不過腿部和腰部的皮膚有點鬆弛的感�
