有什麼運動與小孩能一起做瘦大腿的?(簡單較不困難的)小孩已經小學了,我每每接小孩下課,和一些同樣小學的學生走來,從遠處看身體比例-下半身是肉腿型的,我替小孩擔憂她長大一點會產生瘦身這方面的困擾所以我想先預防起來和小孩一起做(怕小孩不耐煩)運動維持,我也一同行動
