我國中開始突然變胖了以前都很瘦可能是多吃了很多也都長不太高但國中開始也有高了一些要怎樣才能有正常的飲食不太油膩又可以長高有可以不要那摸胖身高沒量過也才155~160CM但是體重就大概55~60KG我喜歡打棒球六日其中一天會跟朋友打球星期一到星期五早餐自己買(都不知道要買啥)午餐學校煮晚餐媽�
