大家好,我21歲身高162體重56公斤,目前還是學生我外表看起來不胖,但是有肚子讓我很苦惱...最近想要瘦身,也想把肌肉練出來,大致上要怎麼做都已經知道了只是還有幾點不是說很清楚,所以想請問各位幾個問題1.我早上都會晨跑,跑的時間大概都是30分鐘,那請問早餐是跑前吃還是跑後1小時吃?建�
