我每天都會走樓梯30分鐘睡覺前會仰臥起做或是空中腳踏車但是這幾天月經來,非常的痛所以沒有走樓梯..已經沒運動2天了!!!!我打算今天開始恢復以往的運動作息請問2天沒運動會不會復胖,我很擔心請問如果月經來可以做什麼運動,不要太激烈的...Showmore
